I'm a lifelong advocate for learning, inclusion, and belonging.
Professionally, I’ve spent over 10 years designing global learning programs and DEI strategies for organizations while driving enterprise-wide inclusion initiatives that reached thousands worldwide.
Personally, I live with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (sometimes called brittle bone disease), a condition that has shaped both my resilience and my deep belief that kindness and empathy can transform how people work and live. My journey — from years of care at Shriners Hospitals for Children to leading culture transformation work in global boardrooms — has taught me that accessibility and inclusion aren’t just values; they’re leadership essentials.
Outside of work, I’m fueled by good coffee, inspired by The Grinch’s message that hearts really can grow three sizes, and kept endlessly entertained by my fluffy sidekick, Shiloh the Coton de Tulear. Whether it’s crafting a keynote, mentoring an emerging leader, or enjoying a quiet morning with a mug in hand, I’m guided by the same belief: lead with empathy, and everything else will follow.

"I had the privilege of working with Jessica as a speaker at my Disability in Employment Month panel, and her contributions were nothing short of extraordinary. Jessica brought unparalleled depth, insight, and authenticity to the discussion, leaving a lasting impact on both the panelists and the audience.
Jessica's ability to articulate her lived experience as a person with a disability and connect it to broader themes of workplace inclusion and advocacy was inspiring. She offered practical advice for students entering the job market, provided thoughtful insights on the role of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and tackled common misconceptions about disability in the workplace with grace and clarity. Her responses were not only informative but also deeply resonant, sparking meaningful discussions that continued long after the event ended.
Jessica’s professionalism and dedication to advancing disability inclusion are evident in every interaction. She was a collaborative and engaging partner, always prepared, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the panel's success. Her unique blend of expertise, storytelling, and passion for advocacy truly elevated the event.
If you’re looking for someone who can inspire and educate on the importance of disability inclusion, Jessica is the speaker, leader, and advocate you want in your corner. She’s a champion for change and a role model for what true inclusion in the workplace should look like."
